Arrived yesterday at Orycon in significant disarray due to a nigh overwhelming number of small, stupid mishaps. No programming yesterday, thankfully, but the Sekrit Projekt with jeffsoesbe morphed into a cheese party. After that, a bit of quiet time, then barcon and the RadCon party. Then zzz. Walked this morning for an hour on the waterfront, which was nice. (7 am in the lobby tomorrow if anyone wants to join me for a repeat.) the_child will be here most of the day.

It's a shame you're not going to be at NorWesCon this year. I'd love to go on one of these morning walks with you. It'd mean I could actually exercise at con, and it might help me with the aggravation I know is going to come from running Volunteers.
