Pat Robertson Says Marijuana Use Should be Legal — Also, this just in: Monkeys have flown out of my ass. Wait, what?

I think it's seriously good news that a major social conservative is giving up on the main part of the War on Drugs. This could lead to legalization within a generation, which would take a serious bite out of crime aside from being good in and of itself from a Constitutional-liberty point of view.

That angel sculpture is in my home town, but I wasn't aware that someone -- hey, the church people -- had made a phone number for it.

Oh well: learned something new today, which I can incorporate when I show guests (Ken Brady and the VanderMeers were here last year) around.
