A Northern Irish man is convicted of racial harassment for calling a Welsh woman an English bitch. — Um. Wow.

Hitting the road (literally) with some faithful — A group of Christians who believe that I-35 is part of Biblical prophecy. Yep, more of that clear-eyed religious thinking. Dang, we need some of that in the White House.

Religious censorship in Malaysia — Catholic newspaper told it cannot use words with Muslim meanings in a non-Muslim context. Yep, definitely need this kind of thinking in the White House.

You know, I've driven or ridden on almost the entire length of I-35--from Austin to Duluth. The northern Iowa stretch is, without a doubt, one of the loneliest drives I've ever experienced. One might even call it godforsaken. :-)

I have had many religious experiences along I-35 in Texas. Most of them were barbeque and Mexican food related. Can I get a witness?

My alma mater is on the Most Dangerous College Courses list twice! Yay!

But then I read and find out the author is an Oxy alum. Biased, therefore.

Occidental was sometimes a strange place. Very liberal, which in turn spawned this absolutely frothing conservative student movement. Weird dynamic there.
