[writing] Mainspring mass market paperback

Well, I'm in the middle of bowling along through Green. And look here comes the page proofs of the mass market paperback edition of Mainspring [ Powell's | Amazon | Audible ]. So I'm now multitasking, looking for typos and layout errors that might have crept in. Still aiming for goal+ on Green, too.

If you happen to have noticed a typo in Mainspring, feel free to drop me a comment here. And I do mean typo, I am not rewriting or correcting anything but outright errors.
