Any chance of an RTF file? (PDF simply Doesn't Work on PDAs -- it's a page-layout format and looks really shit on a small screen -- but RTF has the benefit of being open enough to transcode into whatever your PDA will read.)

Yes, though the available .rtf isn't quite up to the final CEM. I'll sort it out Sunday or Monday when I'm back from Rustycon.
