We often stay at the little family owned motel that is next door to the Inn at Spanish Head (on the north side) because they are dog-friendly. Serously dog friendly, which means we can take our elderly Golden along with us.

That's a great view, and a great beach. I clocked a fair number of hours just staring at that particular stretch of ocean and it makes me smile to think of you guys there.

I've seen both those cars too. Also the art car done up with the ocean theme, including a curling wave for a rear deck wing and sea creatures all over the car body.

It's an art car. Surely you've seen art cars before? If not, ask holyoutlaw; he's been a practitioner and proponent of same for years.

Of course I know what an art car is, silly. I love them. I seriously considered Astroturfing my Cadillac convertible some years ago. It's just usually I get the aesthetic of an art car (whether or not it might be to my taste), and this red one was just baffling...
