with a review of Mainspring Powell's | Amazon thb | Audible ]

A reader reacts to Escapement Powell's | Amazon ] — Not so much with the liking, unfortunatly.

Charles Tan reviews A Field Guide to Surreal Botany — With a shout-out of sorts to yours truly.

io9 gives Seeds of Change some love — With shout-outs to me and Toby Buckell.

The Huffington Post on political fiction — Specifically science fiction. Note the byline…

Archaic photosynthesis involving arsenic — In case you’re looking for alternative metabolisms in your fiction.

Shorpy with a cool photo of a classic Bible bus — Looks more like a proto-rv to me…

xkcd on voting machine problems — Hahahahahahaha.

I'll be writing it this fall. Tourbillion is the working title, with a 2010 release date. It will close out the arc of the first two books, though I'll almost certainly come back to the world later on.

xkcd has it right. It's sort of funny, in a frightening way. What's the point of getting out the vote when some corporate goon, or some hacker, set it to suit themselves?
