This is a test. In the event of a real post, you would have been provided with wit and erudition, or possibly a deranged liberal-progressive political rant. You may shop as usual, there is no need to return to your homes.

ETA: I will not be cross-posting my twitters to my blog. My twitter feed will be receiving notifications of new blog posts. Fear not, loyal readers.

Wait.

Does this mean that each of your twitters will now come as separate LJ posts?

Hell no! This means my LJ posts will show in Twitter, not the other way around.

Certainly I'm not productive enough yet -- if I cut back my virtual presence, maybe I could get more wordage out... :p

As a note, loudtwitter lets you set up a once-a-day summary post of the day's tweets to LJ.

I use it, mainly so I have my online mutterings in one place. Because I use LJBook to print off my LJ stuff into a PDF as a permanent "diary".

But I just checked and it hasn't posted my tweets for a few days. Overall, though, it's been pretty good.

FWIW.

I applaud that decision.

What I've seen of Twitter is annoying.
