Analysis: GOP urging restraint in stimulus debate"Congress cannot keep writing checks and simply pass IOUs to our children and grandchildren," says Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas. Asks House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio: "How much debt are we going to pile on future generations?" Ahem. In general conservative hypocrisy knows no bounds, but this is rich even by Congressional Republican standards.

Subject: Prehistoric underwater structures
In 1990, my family moved from a little village in Texas to a little town in Wisconsin called Lake Mills. Lake Mills (where, incidentally, the lake is known as Rock Lake) is the site of some very interesting indian burial mounds and prehistoric, underwater pyramids.

Check it out.

I can't speak for the history cited in the link, but I've gone sledding off the top of the burial mounds... :)

Alas, the game wouldn't work for me in either Firefox or IE6. Bummer.

I was left to contemplate that I wouldn't have expected a site called "BD Online" to be about architecture...

Ah. It appears to have gone hyper-viral as the actual website at http://whereonearth.viral-game.co.uk/ is spotty about responding.

85K. OK, I guess. When in doubt, guess Europe.
