Due to a priority request for a complete bibliography, I spent part of today updating same. I am finally moving it into an Excel spreadsheet instead of managing the sucker in Word. As a result, I have some (more or less) authoritative numbers on my publishing history. Starting from my first appearance in print in the fall of 2001, here's what I've accomplished.

Award Nominations7
Novels8
Single-Title Novellas2
Short Fiction240
Chapbooks2
Collections6
Anthologies Edited12
Interviews22
Nonfiction34
Reprints (English and foreign)73

I suspect a few bits and pieces are missing here, especially in the reprints, but that's pretty close to substantive. And not all of these are in print, yet. This sucker is now stabilized Excel, or will be after I do a little data normalization. Meanwhile, I am somewhat agog at what I've accomplished in eight and a half years.

Corflu is a SF fanzine oriented convention. This year it is called Corflu Zed. The name comes from the contraction of correction fluid. It is at the Deca Hotel where Potlatch was last year. It's one of those conventions that wanders around. Short drive and a Saturday only membership isn't very expensive, but I can't find the amount online. I think that. The whole weekend is like $75.

Can't do Seattle on such short notice, I'm afraid. Not this weekend. Starting Monday I'm out of town for 18 days out of the next 20, then I'm off to China right after that.

Snurched from my favorite Dennis the Menace cartoon (Dennis, looking at the presents on Christmas morning, asks):

"Is that all?"
