I really appreciate these update posts on your physical stats. I read them this morning, and thought, oh, right, I have to go exercise!

Of course, sometimes I read your physical stats and think, darn you, jaylake, why did you have to remind me!?

but it's all good ;)

I have to try that hot sauce. I ate a raw habanero whole once, not one of the pansy ones you get from the grocery store, but one that a chilehead had grown.

My whole face swelled up and turned purple, and I couldn't see. I felt that thing the entire time it was in my body, and it burned coming out.
