Inconclusive ER visit here in San Francisco. calendula_witch has been marvelous.

Have moved to a morning flight to get to Portland early enough to go into my "home" hospital (which is also my clinic, with my primary care physician and my cancer surgeon) during office hours. Assuming I'm not better on my own, we'll resume addressing the situation from there.
