I think High-Line park was one of Wendy's projects... I utterly must go check it out :).

Hump Day? Well, you know, some religions prescribe which day of the week is to be set aside for procreation....

We were talking about High Line last night. I plan to get over there (hopefully this weekend) and take photos.

(Ironically, I just used that area in a book... set pre-Park. Oh well...)

I was told in college, when my theatre department had a weekly program of readings and one-acts known as "Hump Night,"* that Wednesday was the day you got over the hump of the week and it was all downhill on Thursday and Friday. That's what I was told, anyway.

*oh, how very transgressive we were in my salad days.
