This is what we do to people. To ourselves, and others. I watched the footage and found it ...unsurprising is probably the best adjective. Perhaps also the worst.

I consider it best to err on the side of early so as to avoid making someone else wait; since this may end up with me waiting, I usually bring some form of reading matter to occupy my time. (I grew up taking public transit and have a strongly ingrained “always bring a book” habit.)
