See, there was this big factory explosion about three blocks from the Hotel California, and the guy who set it off was this Greek dude named Warren Snell, he came from Colitas, Greece... so when the papers covered the incident of course they mentioned him. (Warren Snell of Colitas?)


For me, this song rates up there with "Louie Louie" and other incomprehensible type 70s songs (watched Bruce Springsteen last night discuss "Blinded By The Light.")

Louie, Louie is quite comprehensible to me. But then, I speak Western Caribbean Creole English (or Jamaican Creole,if you prefer), which is the language in which it is written.
