Welcome home, Atlantis

A doctor talks about medical billingis the procedure worth it even if you need to default on the hospital bill and declare personal bankruptcy? Seeing Atlantis launched on May 14 while surrounded by SF authors and editors was one of the high points of my month, especially with regard to the space program. I have photos of the launch sitting next to me right now.

If you had told me that seeing a shuttle laucnh wouldn't be the highlight of the month, I wouldn't have believed you, but I'm scheduled to pick up the pilot of Gemini 12 in about four hours.
