Thank you (and Shelley) for sharing the Spoon Theory. Ouch.

And sad but true that even with something as simple(?) as Diabetes the spoon theory is already part of my reality. But my problem is nothing on yours or anyone else. As long as I eat well, I have lots of spoons. But I've helped friends go through major crisis and this is a great way to explain what they have faced every day.
