Not sure I get the 'wearing purple'. Would this be a royal shade? Or, perhaps, the purple toga stripe allowed to members of the Roman Senate?

Welcome home again! Glad things have restarted down below. Always a scary feeling when that part of the body doesn't kick in the way it's supposed to.
