I remember that elevator! Missoula is very pretty, but my favorite region is still the eastern Montana Badlands. I just wish I could stand living there.

I have to make a note on this one. The composition is just wonderful.

I love the use of white. And grey. And white/grey. I had an art class in college that was all about color: how to use it for mood, how to draw the eye along the page, etc. In this image the green (plants) and brown (telephone poles) ground the two main areas of grey -- buildings and sky -- allowing them to mix and contrast without being too floaty, lost in abstraction.

Also, nice use of framing, with the crosshatching of telephone wires running through the center and on the diagonal. Their presence highlights the faded red of the granary's sign.
