It was if the Professor from Gilligan's Island had turned up on Kauai, after a drag through Baron von Monocle's Zeppelin Works and Scrapyard.
I think the interior is a shell, but I'm not sure. We stayed on the public street, not crossing the property line or otherwise trespassing.
The structure itself was pretty strange, then it was adorned elaborately, the property fronted by a metalwork fence well over the line into outsider art.
A lot of odd beauty here.
The radial engine and prop were my favorite bit.
The neighboring property was a bit of a fixer upper as well...
Next up, the Russian Fort on Kauai (who knew?) and an abandoned sugar mill.
