Slept through most of the infusion. At home I could feel the edge of nausea in the background, but it never quite caught up with me. Spent most of the afternoon watching Star Trek: Enterprise on Netflix streaming. I’m not surprised it didn’t last, given the quality of the script writing. Today, more Bakulavision as I lay low and quiet.

(paraphrased)

"But doctor, what if we have some sort of microbe you can't detect for?"

"That isn't possible. I've run every scan I can know."

I felt the same about Voyager...

Captain Janeway and the First Office change in to giant salamanders(?), have sex, produce offspring, turn back into humans and calmly fly away, unconcerned for the offspring... maybe this was a Spinoff Plot - the offspring with the influence of human genes, becoming a new intelligent species... I don't know. :o)

But it had at least two things going for it. I liked the theme song, unlike any other Trek theme. And it had a beagle.

Music & dog. What more does a show need?

Er, let me clarify, it's early on a Sunday. Didn't mean to imply that I didn't like any other Trek theme -- that's far from true. Rather, simply that the Enterprise theme was unlike any other Trek theme.

I like the theme song and love the credit sequence's minifilm.
