I was about to say, yes it is attached to either an SR-71 or a YF-12 or similar (one of the descendants of Project OXCART).

Yes, I too have stared at those afterburners in disbelief!

No question it's the business end of a Blackbird. Those little vents I recognize from a plastic toy plane from the late 60s I had. (grin)
