[cancer] The formal statement of my current diagnosis

As part of the disability filing process, I needed a formal statement of my current diagnosis. Here is what my oncologist provided me with this past Friday:
"Recurrent terminal Stage IV rectosigmoid carcinoma; no further treatment options after current oral therapy with Regorafenib; widespread metastases."

Pretty much says it all.
