
A little songbird at Crater Lake National Park

A corvid who messed with us by flying ahead of the Genre car, posing, then flying ahead some more

Red-tailed hawks were everywhere, often atop telephone poles

However, they would fly away if you stopped to photograph them

Oddly, there was a whole kettle of hawks perched on an irrigator, well over a dozen spaced out along a few hundred feet of pipe — we’d never seen them gathered in a group before
