In Pasco with frankwu. On the way here I think we freaked out some kids in a gas station in Irrigon, OR. As many of you know, the Frank-and-Jay show is kind of a nonstop pocket circus, wherever we are. Here in the scenic Tricities Metropolitan Area we went out for art supplies -- as one does -- then teriyaki burgers at a sports bar. Pre-RadCon stuff will be happening later today, and the first official stuff tomorrow morning. (A classroom visit, I believe.)

Y'all play nice while I'm out here.

Glad you've arrived, sir. Hi to Frank. Don't forget that box of signed and numbered, limited edition hardcovers of LAST FLIGHT OF THE GODDESS (available in the dealers room!) in the GENRE car trunk. Heh.

Wish I could Radcon with y'all. Have fun. Raise a glass for me.

At first I thought you'd put "singed and numbered," which made me wonder why you would burn them and then mark them numerically. Then I realized it was just my brain, being odd and absurd in my little corner.

"I can be whatever I want to be." which appears to be odd and absurd. So nyah. ;p

singed and numbered could be an interesting gimmick for something like "Firelords" or "Hellspawn."

It's not really unusual for you guys to freak people out. But that you could do it in such an alliterative place as Irrigon, Oregon makes it even more fun. Limericks would be appropos.

Two men once drive into Irrigon
In the eastern part of Oregon
Through which they passed
And stopped to by gas
Before they were once more a-gone

Two artists were driving through Oregon
And stopped in a place they called Irrigon
Whereupon they bought gas
And startled a lass
A habit they felt was paragon!
