In answer to a question about whether he believed Iraq is in a state of civil war, the president said: "It's hard for me, living in this beautiful White House, to give you an assessment."

Now that's leadership. Who needs FDR, Woodrow Wilson or Abraham Lincoln when we have a statesmanlike example in the Decider? No wonder he keeps comparing himself to George Washington.

It's like he's living inside his mother's 'beautiful mind'.

"Mr. President, in that case, when do you plan for you and Mr. Cheney to resign so a new President and Vice President who are capable of making such an assessment and otherwise doing their jobs can be put into office?"

...and you may say to yourself, "This is not my beautiful White House!"

...and you may say to yourself... "My God! What have I done?!"
